Fábio Passos (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 1976) is a doctor of philosophy and a research professor in the department and graduate program in philosophy at the Federal University of Piauí. it is inspired by H. Arendt, for whom "The immediate source of the work of art is the human capacity to think". It makes your philosophical questions the backdrop for the elaboration of your artistic works. Through the poetics of drawing, In VISIBILITY intends historical facts, such as the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship, and non-hegemonic bodies, such as the naked bodies of people with disabilities. Through the friction of gravite with the paper surface, it seeks to trace points of contact that build VISIBILIZING narratives that are capable of mitigating forgetfulness and invisibility of bodies.
